Job summary

Ex is seeking a detail-oriented legal content reviewer to prepare arbitration filings and write strong contentions. You will analyze evidence, assess facts of loss, and ensure all required documents are in order for submission to arbitration.

This role requires 12–18 months of experience in legal document reviews or contract writing, plus strong communication and the ability to work independently or in a team within a rotational shift schedule.

Responsibilities

• Write Suitable & strong contentions to be presented in the Arbitration forum
• Analyze evidence (expert reports, statements, photographs, etc.)
• Evaluate facts of loss, which may be both explicit or inferred
• Use judgment skills to review the available documents for subrogation
• Ensure all required evidence & documents are available
• Identify and upload supporting documentation before moving the case to Arbitration queue Create cogent arguments through superior written skills and logical inductions
• Create scene diagrams to maximize the appeal of your case
• Submit cases online via the Arbitration Forums website
