Job summary

Vizen Life Sciences Pvt Ltd seeks a senior medicinal chemistry leader to drive strategy from hit identification through candidate nomination, leveraging AI insights to accelerate design-make-test cycles. You will mentor multiple teams and influence global programme decisions across Biology, DMPK, and IP groups.

The role requires a PhD with 15–18 years in integrated drug discovery and a strong track record in advancing programmes toward clinical development, with a deep IPT understanding.

Qualifications

• PhD in Medicinal Chemistry or Synthetic Organic Chemistry with 15-18 years of integrated drug discovery experience.
• Demonstrated track record of progressing programmes to candidate nomination or clinical development.
• Ability to mentor and lead multiple teams and projects in parallel.
• Strong understanding of intellectual property — composition of matter, method of use, and chemical processes.
