Job summary

Indihire Consultants in Hyderabad seeks a senior medicinal chemistry leader to drive strategy from hit identification through candidate nomination.

You will design molecules leveraging SAR, SPR, DMPK and AI insights, influence project direction through hypotheses, and collaborate with Biology, DMPK, Computational Chemistry, IP and Global leadership teams.

Qualifications

• PhD in Medicinal Chemistry or Synthetic Organic Chemistry from a leading institution.
• International postdoctoral or global pharma experience preferred.
• 15-18 years of medicinal chemistry experience in integrated drug discovery.

• Experience progressing one or more programs to candidate nomination or clinical development
