United Airlines in India seeks an Associate Analyst to enable better decision making across GX-FX. You’ll work with large volumes of data from Fleet Focus, telemetry, Coupa, PlanPlus and Oracle ERP to deliver actionable insights for stakeholders.

You will extract data, curate trustworthy data tables, automate reports, and perform ad-hoc analysis to drive operational throughput. This local role requires fluency in English and Hindi and a foundation in data analytics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4 years of relevant work experience.
• Engineering, business analytics, finance, supply chain.
• 0 – 2 years related experience.
• Deep understanding of data structures, relationships, and efficient transformations.
• Familiarity with all parts of the data ecosystem -- acquisition, engineering, storage, management, analysis, visualization, and deployment.
• Knowledge and application of data visualization best practices.
• Must be legally authorized to work in India for any employer without sponsorship.
• Must be fluent in English and Hindi (written and spoken).
• Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualification.
• Reliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the position.

Job Overview and Responsibilities

Associate analyst will work to enable better decision making across GX-FX. The work will involve working on huge volumes of data coming from the GX-FX team's various systems (e.g. Fleet Focus, telemetry devices, Coupa, PlanPlus, Oracle ERP, etc.) and use this information to drive decision making. Will be responsible for working on analysis projects with deliverables for various stakeholders across organization

• Extract data from a variety of sources to assist in building operational dashboards and reports
• Curate tables and views that serve as the "single source of truth" for United's Tech Ops data
• Automate existing manual reports and processes to improve operational throughput
• Performs ad-hoc data mining and analysis as required

This position is offered on local terms and conditions. Expatriate assignments and sponsorship for employment visas, even on a time‑limited visa status, will not be awarded. This position is for United Airlines Business Services Pvt. Ltd - a wholly owned subsidiary of United Airlines Inc.
