Job summary

Mace, a global delivery consultancy, is seeking a senior project lead in Mumbai to drive complex, regulated projects with high integrity. You will lead multidisciplinary teams and ensure design, construction, and commercial objectives are met.

The role requires 10-15 years in MEP/design delivery, strong stakeholder skills, and professional qualification; you will advance sustainability initiatives and net-zero targets while coordinating with clients and suppliers on timeline, cost, and quality.

Qualifications

• Degree qualification essential with 10-15 years experience.
• Advanced technical expertise across design, construction, planning and commercial management.
• Full construction delivery life-cycle experience, in complex, highly regulated or mission critical projects is essential.
• Strong communicator with proven stakeholder and leadership capability.
• Professionally qualified in a relevant discipline or membership.

Responsibilities

• Manage and resolve MEP design requirements using technical expertise and established project processes.
• Coordinate subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring programme, cost, quality and HSW targets are met.

• Support digital, MMC and sustainability initiatives, including driving Mace’s net-zero carbon objectives.
