Eligibility
Only candidates having relevant experience in STR will be considered.
Work Experience -Relevant/ Total Years
- 18 months as Technician on A320/ Boeing aircraft/ATR
- OR
- 5 Years as Technician in General Aviation
- OR
- More than 10 years in IAF
IT Skills
MS Office, excel, Worked on Aviation Software like AMOS

Job Requirements And Responsibilities
- Diploma in Mechanical / Automobile Engineering or ITI (Motor Mechanic / Diesel Mechanic / Fitter)
- 1–3 years of hands-on technical experience in automobile or mechanical maintenance.
- Basic understanding of mechanical systems, tools, troubleshooting, and safety.
- Willingness to undergo aviation-specific training and work in a regulated environment.
- Ability to work in rotating shifts, outdoor conditions, and fast-paced operational settings.
- Assist in carrying out scheduled and unscheduled aircraft maintenance tasks under supervision.
- Perform mechanical operations such as assembly, disassembly, inspections, and replacements as per approved procedures.
- Support aircraft turnaround activities, including basic checks and preparation tasks.
- Handle tools, equipment, and components used in aircraft maintenance safely and correctly.
- Maintain proper documentation, task sheets, and technical logs as instructed by certified engineers.
- Coordinate with engineering, stores, and line maintenance teams to support operational requirements.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols, Human Factors principles, and company SOPs.
- Participate in internal training programs to transition from auto/mechanical background to aviation maintenance standards.
