Indian Aviation News Net is seeking Aircraft Maintenance Engineers for its Cadet Pilot School in Amravati, Maharashtra. Candidates must hold an AME license (B1.2, B3, or B2) and have a minimum of 5 years of experience in aircraft maintenance, preferably with single-and twin-engine fleets. Responsibilities include assisting the Maintenance Manager and training personnel on safety practices.
Desirable experience includes working in DGCA-approved organizations and managing records of maintenance and inspections. The position offers a challenging environment with interaction across various internal and external stakeholders.
Air India is now recruiting Aircraft Maintenance Engineers for its Cadet Pilot School at Amaravati, Maharashtra.
Candidates should have AME license in Category B1.2 or B3 or B2 (including RTR Licence). Bachelor’s or Technical degree is desirable.
Should also have a minimum of 5+ years’ experience in aircraft maintenance and prior experience in DGCA-approved organization in FTOs/ATOs/Airlines in India. Experience should be with single-and twin-engine fleet. 10+ years’ experience in aircraft maintenance and prior experience with similar fleets (Piper PA-28 and Diamond DA42 NG aircraft) are desirable.
The selected candidates are to assist Maintenance Manager to develop and implement a stocking system and an ERP for optimal maintenance.
They will also have to implement policies and training maintenance personnel on best practices for aircraft maintenance and safety, while maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of aircraft maintenance, inspections, and repairs.
Other additional responsibilities also could be assigned from time to time as a standalone project or regular work. The same would be suitably represented in the Primary responsibilities and agreed between the incumbent, reporting officer and HR.
