Amb Infraventures in Gurugram is seeking a Senior Legal Head to lead the organization's legal strategy and provide advisory support to senior management. You will supervise all litigation, regulatory proceedings, and ensure compliance with laws, including RERA.

You will draft and negotiate JV/JDA, development, sale and lease agreements, coordinate with external counsels, and guide transactional structuring to protect business interests. Mentoring the legal team is a key part of the role.

• Identify legal risks and implement preventive measures for the organization.
• Liaise with government authorities and regulatory bodies for approvals.
• Support business teams in structuring transactions and ensuring compliance.

• Liaise with authorities for approvals and legal matters.
• Support business teams in structuring transactions and ensuring compliant operations.
• Lead and mentor the legal team and drive operational excellence.

• Lead the overall legal strategy and framework for the organization and provide legal advisory support to senior management.
• Manage and oversee all litigation, arbitration, consumer disputes, and regulatory proceedings involving the organization.
• Oversee land acquisition processes, title verification, legal due diligence, and documentation related to land and property transactions.
• Ensure compliance with RERA, local development authorities, statutory regulations, and applicable laws.
• Draft, review, vet, and negotiate high-value agreements including Joint Ventures (JV), Joint Development Agreements (JDA), development agreements, sale deeds, lease deeds, and vendor contracts.
• Manage litigation matters, arbitration proceedings, consumer disputes, and coordinate with external counsels and law firms.
• Identify legal risks and implement preventive and corrective measures to safeguard the organizations interests.
• Liaise with government authorities, regulatory bodies, and external stakeholders for approvals and legal matters.
• Support business teams in structuring transactions and ensuring legally compliant business operations.
• Maintain legal records, documentation, and ensure timely renewal and execution of agreements.
• Lead and mentor the legal team and drive operational excellence within the legal function.
