Job summary

GHR Lakshmi Urbanblocks Infra in India seeks an experienced legal professional to manage all legal aspects of high-rise luxury residential projects. You will oversee land acquisitions, registrations, due diligence, and contract negotiations to ensure regulatory compliance and sound risk management.

Collaborate with sales, finance, construction, and project teams, liaising with external counsel and regulatory authorities to keep projects on track.

Responsibilities

• Manage all legal matters for high-rise luxury residential projects.
• Review, draft, and negotiate sale agreements, development agreements, joint venture agreements, vendor contracts, and other legal documents.
• Ensure compliance with RERA regulations, local building laws, land regulations, and applicable real estate legislation.
• Coordinate with external legal counsel, government authorities, regulatory bodies, and registration departments.
• Conduct legal due diligence on land titles, ownership documents, encumbrances, approvals, and property-related records.
• Manage property registration, conveyance deeds, sale deeds, and documentation for apartment buyers.
• Handle legal notices, litigation, contractual disputes, customer grievances, and recovery-related matters.
• Advise management on legal risks, contractual obligations, regulatory changes, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate with sales, finance, construction, and project teams to ensure legal compliance throughout project execution.
• Maintain legal records, track statutory approvals, and ensure timely renewal and completion of licenses, permissions, and project documentation.
