Job summary

Spencer N Hills Consulting in India is seeking an AVP to lead end-to-end transformation programs focused on process optimization, digital enablement, AI adoption, and data-led improvements, partnering with client operations teams to drive measurable outcomes.

You will drive process improvement initiatives, support solution development for clients, and effectively lead cross-functional teams delivering large-scale digital transformations with confidence at Director- and VP-level discussions.

The AVP will lead end-to-end transformation programs focused on process optimization, digital enablement, AI adoption, and data-led improvements, partnering closely with client operations teams to drive measurable outcomes. The ideal candidate should be able to drive process improvement initiatives, support solution development for clients, and effectively lead cross-functional teams delivering digital transformation programs.

Preferred candidate profile

• 12+ years of experience across business transformation, process excellence, and operations management.
• Strong track record of independently managing transformation initiatives and delivering measurable, business-validated outcomes.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and coordinating multiple stakeholders across complex programs.
• Strong client-facing experience, with the ability to engage confidently with Director- and VP-level stakeholders.

Additional Selection Criteria

• Advanced expertise in process excellence, evidenced by a Six Sigma Master Black Belt certification or active pursuit of the certification.
• Experience collaborating with clients to design, develop, and operationalize repeatable products, tools, frameworks, or solution offerings that drive measurable business value.
• Recognized credentials in Digital Transformation, Design Thinking, Agile Delivery, or Change Management, demonstrating a commitment to modern business and technology practices.
