Job summary

The Corporate Institute seeks an AVP/DVP- Structured Finance for Mumbai, to drive syndication and distribution of loans and securities. The role targets professionals with 6–12 years in banking or broking and a strong background in capital markets and structured finance.

Based in Mumbai, you will build relationships with DCM desks of banks and NBFCs, evaluate loan proposals, and oversee syndicated loan portfolios with emphasis on risk management and compliance.

Qualifications

• MBA is a must.
• Must be based in Mumbai.
• Should have deal origination experience.
• Experience in structured finance must.
• 6 to 12 years of experience working with banks and broking firms.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with Debt Capital Market desks of banks, private equity funds, and other NBFCs to facilitate deal flow and syndication opportunities.
• Evaluate loan proposals through detailed financial analysis and prepare presentations for internal management review and decision-making.
• Oversee and periodically review the performance of syndicated loan portfolios to ensure compliance, risk mitigation, and timely reporting.
