Job summary

Xceedance in Gurugram is seeking a Senior F&A Leader with 15+ years of experience in insurance accounting and reporting. Lead cross-functional teams, oversee client delivery, and drive process improvements to ensure accurate financial records and timely reporting.

You will coordinate with international clients, manage KPIs, and contribute to business development in the F&A domain. This role demands strong leadership and deep domain expertise.

Qualifications

• CA/CPA with 15+ years of Finance & Accounting experience, preferably in Insurance/Reinsurance.
• End-to-end knowledge of Insurance accounting and reporting.
• Experience in leading teams and coordinating with international clients; able to work as IC when needed.

Job description

Finance & Accounting (F&A) is a multifaceted function that spans Record-to-Report, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Credit Control, Bookings, Collections, Cash Application, Reconciliations, Financial Reporting, US GAAP/IFRRS/STAT Reporting FP&A, Compliance, and Portfolio Management across multiple product lines and geographies. We collaborate with a diverse set of stakeholders including Brokers, Reinsurers, MGAs, Underwriters, Operations, Bound Teams, Controllers, and Business Finance partners to ensure financial transactions are accurately recorded, reconciled, analyzed, and reported, while maintaining strong financial controls, regulatory compliance, and timely cash flow management. Through data-driven insights and operational excellence, we support informed decision-making and contribute to the overall financial health and strategic objectives of the organization.

Qualifications & Experience

• End to end knowledge of Insurance accounting and reporting
• Team handling experience and exposure of working with international clients, flexible to work as an individual contributor wherever required.
