Job summary

Purechase India is seeking a senior professional to lead agrochemical formulation tech transfer from lab to pilot and commercial scale in Gujarat. This role focuses on optimizing processes, preparing SOPs, and resolving scale-up issues while coordinating with R&D, QC and Production teams to drive costing, equipment mapping and team performance.

The candidate should have strong experience in agrochemical formulation and expertise in microencapsulation technologies, with proven team-handling

Qualifications

• BE/B.Tech Chemical – 10-12 yrs or M.Tech – 6-8 yrs
• Agrochemical formulation experience mandatory
• Scale-up & tech transfer exposure
• Expertise in SC, EC, WP, WDG, ME, Microencapsulation
• Team handling
