Job summary

Purechase India seeks a Lead Agrochemical Formulation Tech Transfer professional to drive scale-up from lab to pilot and commercial production. You will optimize processes, prepare SOPs, and resolve scale-up issues, coordinating with R&D, QC and Production to ensure seamless transfer and on-time delivery.

The role requires hands-on expertise in agrochemical formulation, with knowledge of SC, EC, WP, WDG, ME, and microencapsulation, and will involve team leadership, equipment mapping, costing,

Qualifications

• BE/B.Tech in Chemical Engineering with 10-12 years or M.Tech with 6-8 years.
• Agrochemical formulation experience mandatory.
• Scale-up and tech transfer exposure.

Responsibilities

• Lead agrochemical formulation tech transfer from lab to pilot and commercial scale.
