Key Responsibilities

1. Inventory Management

• Maintain accurate records of stock levels, including food, liquor, and restaurant supplies.
• Monitor stock movement and ensure timely reordering to avoid shortages.
• Perform regular stock audits and physical verifications.

2. Receiving & Inspection

• Oversee the physical receiving of food, liquor, and other supplies.
• Inspect deliveries for quantity, quality, and compliance with purchase orders.
• Ensure proper storage of ingredients and liquor to maintain quality and compliance with standards.

3. Documentation

• Maintain systematic records of all inventory-related transactions.
• Update stock reports and provide regular updates to management.
• Generate and share daily/weekly stock reports using MS Office tools.

4. Store Operations

• Ensure proper labeling, storage, and organization of items in the store.
• Adhere to safety and hygiene standards for food and liquor storage.
• Support in maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in the storage area.

5. Collaboration

• Work closely with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless inventory flow.
• Coordinate with suppliers for timely deliveries and resolve discrepancies.
