The Assistant Store Manager will support the Store Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the retail store. The Assistant Store Manager will play a crucial role in team management and operational efficiency, stepping in to lead in the absence of the Store Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Supporting Store Manager:
   • Assists the Store Manager in implementing strategies to achieve sales targets and store growth.
   • Provides leadership and direction to the team when the Store Manager is unavailable.
   • Helps manage store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
2. Customer Management:
