Blinkit is hiring a hands-on Assistant Store Manager to lead daily store operations in Bhagalpur, Gaya and Patna. You will oversee last‑mile teams, ensure smooth processes, and uphold service standards to meet customer expectations.

Responsibilities include inventory accuracy, store hygiene, order fulfilment, and on-time delivery. You will analyze store metrics, identify gaps, and implement improvements while coaching and developing in‑store staff to sustain high performance.
