HealthKart in Gaya, Bihar, is hiring for a Store Manager to lead daily operations of our HealthKart Retail Store. You will ensure excellent customer service, drive sales, and manage stock and visuals.

The ideal candidate has 2–6 years in retail, strong leadership, good communication, and a passion for nutrition and supplements. You will engage in local marketing activities, gym outreach, and daily MIS reporting.

• 2–6 years of retail experience required
• Sound knowledge of nutrition and supplements

• Stock management and daily MIS awareness

Responsabilités

• Oversee overall operational responsibility of HealthKart store.
• Ensure excellent customer service and drive footfall.
• Create and maintain customer database to boost sales; report daily customers.
• Prepare and share footfall reports with reporting manager.
• Manage stock/inventory (inward & outward).
• Lead BTL and local store marketing activities to increase sales.
• Encourage gym visits and product sampling at events.
• Handle opening and closing of the store; cash management and daily banking.
• Raise customer invoices and maintain store aesthetics.
• Maintain store KPIs and promote products/services.
• Prepare and share Daily Sales MIS for the store.

Job Description:

• Overall operational responsibility of HealthKart store.
• Taking care of customer service
• Creating new customer database to increase the sale and share daily customer
• footfall report to your reporting manager.
• Stock/Inventory management - inward & outward
• Participate and conduct BTL & Local Store Marking activities to increase Sales of
• the Store i.e. Gym visit, product sampling in the different kinds of events.
• Handling store - Opening & closing of the store
• Cash management and daily banking with banking partner without any error.
• Raising customers Invoice
• Following store aesthetics
• Strong in operations & eye for detail.
