Radisson Hotel Group in India seeks a proactive Sales professional to drive revenue across hotel properties, lead initiatives, and maximise profitability while upholding brand standards.
The role requires 4+ years in hospitality sales, strong leadership, exceptional communication, and the ability to work across functions and cultures to deliver guest-centric service. This is an on-site role with global and local perks.

Assist in the smooth running of the sales department, where all aspects of the hotel’s pro-active sales initiatives are delivered and total revenue maximised, ensuring both property and company standards are attained and adhered to.
Lead and collaborate with the team to maximize guest satisfaction and comfort, delivering a positive and responsive approach to enquiries and problem resolution.
Support and deliver on the strategies and objectives of the sales department, taking ownership for assigned areas of responsibility and deputizing for the Head of Department in their absence.
With the Head of Department take a leadership role in fostering a culture of growth, development and performance whilst promoting the company culture and values.
Collaborates with the Head of Department, ensuring that costs and departmental inventory is controlled and that target productivity and performance levels are attained
Build and maintain effective working relationship with all key stakeholders and partners both internal and external ensuring all communications/activities are controlled and undertaken in a timely manner.
Review and scrutinize the business performance, providing recommendations that will drive financial performance, including working with internal and external partners on adhoc projects.
Ensures adherence to all legislation where due diligence requirements and best practice activities are planned, delivered and documented for internal and external audit, performing follow-up as required
Ability to handle multiple challenging priorities and assignments.
Minimum education: National academic qualifications
Minimum experience: 4+ years of relevant experience in Sales in Hospitality Industry
Language skills: Very good command of written and spoken English
