Job summary

Magnum Resources, part of the Sara Group’s Industrial Automation vertical, seeks an Assistant Sales Manager to drive textile machinery sales across West, Central and North India. The role blends shop-floor exposure with factory-owners discussions and requires regular travel across the specified territory.

You will build customer relationships, present technical proposals, and coordinate with engineering teams to convert requirements into effective solutions.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of sales and business development experience.
• B2B or technical sales experience preferred.
• B.Tech / B.E., Diploma or Graduate in Textile, Chemical, Mechanical or a related field.
• Willingness to travel regularly across West, Central and North India.
• Strong presentation, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to translate customer requirements into workable proposals with technical teams.

About The Role

Magnum Resources, part of the Sara Group’s Industrial Automation vertical, is looking for an Assistant Sales Manager to grow business for our textile machinery range. The role is based in West India and covers a territory spanning West, Central and North India. You will work directly with garment dyeing, washing, denim, laundry and textile finishing units — a field-facing technical sales role for someone equally comfortable on the shop floor and across the table from a factory owner.
