CanApprove Consultancy Services is seeking an experienced Immigration Sales Team Lead to drive growth across Kerala locations including Kochi, Angamaly, Thrissur, and Calicut. The role requires strong leadership, target-driven mindset, and expertise in Canadian or Australian immigration processes.

You will mentor a team of Immigration Sales Consultants, oversee qualification and prospecting, and ensure seamless handoffs with the Documentation Team. Fluency in English and Malayalam is essential.

• 4+ years direct experience in Sales.
• 1–2 years managing/supervising an Immigration Sales team (Canadian or Australian processes).
• Strong command of English and Malayalam.
• Exceptional negotiation, sales closing, and relationship management.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and mentor Immigration Sales Consultants to meet monthly targets.
• Guide team in qualification, prospecting, and maintaining high-conversion pipelines.
• Coordinate with Documentation Team for smooth handover of closed clients.
• Review daily call volumes, pipeline metrics, and conduct regular performance reviews.

Responsibilities

• Lead & Mentor (Culture & Retention): Supervise, train, and motivate a team of Immigration Sales Consultants to achieve monthly conversion targets. Maintain a positive, competitive, and supportive work environment that drives results while ensuring strong team retention.
• Lead Qualification & Prospecting: Guide and monitor the team to connect with qualified prospects and maintain active, high-converting sales pipelines.
• Seamless Process Handoff: Ensure timely and accurate coordination with the Documentation Team for the smooth handover of closed clients.
• Performance Monitoring: Review daily call volumes, lead follow-ups, sales pipelines, and conversion ratios. Conduct regular team performance reviews.

Qualifications

• Mandatory 4+ years of direct experience in Sales.
• At least 1–2 years of experience managing or supervising a target-driven Immigration Sales team handling Canadian or Australian immigration processes.
• Strong command of English and Malayalam.
• Exceptional negotiation, sales closing, and relationship-management skills.
• Highly target-driven, resilient, and capable of functioning effectively under pressure.
• Strong professional network within the immigration or premium sales industry in Kerala.
• Comprehensive knowledge of recent updates to Australian or Canadian immigration policies and migration frameworks.
