Job summary

Aerodry Plastics Automation in Dadri, UP, is seeking a proactive sales professional to identify key accounts, generate leads, and manage the full sales cycle for industrial machinery.

You will conduct customer visits, prepare techno-commercial quotations, negotiate terms, coordinate with production, service and logistics, and build lasting relationships for repeat business.

Travel extensively to meet customers and showcase solutions, while maintaining accurate CRM records and sales forecasts.

Qualifications

• Experience in industrial machinery sales.
• Knowledge of plastics processing is preferred.
• Strong techno-commercial sales process knowledge.

Role & responsibilities

• Identify key accounts, new markets and opportunities for business growth.
• .Generate leads, enquiries and manage the complete sales cycle from enquiry to order closure.
• Conduct customer visits, presentations and techno-commercial discussions.
• Prepare and negotiate technical and commercial quotations within company guidelines.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Follow up on orders, payments and customer concerns to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Coordinate with Technical, Production, Service, Logistics and Finance teams for smooth order execution.
• Monitor competitor activities, market trends and customer requirements.
• Maintain sales pipeline, CRM records, sales forecasts and regular MIS reports.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and develop new business opportunities
