Role Description

The Assistant Real Estate Manager is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. This role supports the management of residential and commercial properties, including coordinating site visits, assisting with property listings, and maintaining accurate records of available inventory and client interactions. Responsibilities include supporting lease negotiations and administration, tracking lease terms and renewals, and ensuring timely communication between clients, property owners, and internal teams. The Assistant Real Estate Manager helps monitor property performance, addresses basic tenant or buyer inquiries, assists in documentation and compliance, and collaborates with senior managers to prepare reports and presentations. The role also involves market research, competitor analysis, and contributing to client-facing materials to enhance the overall customer experience.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess skills in Real Estate and Commercial Real Estate, with an understanding of residential and commercial property markets.
• Candidates should possess skills in Property Management, including coordinating site visits, maintaining property records, and supporting day-to-day operations.
• Candidates should possess skills in Lease Administration and Leases, such as tracking lease terms, assisting with documentation, and supporting renewals.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients, developers, and internal stakeholders.
• Basic knowledge of real estate regulations and documentation processes; prior experience in real estate, property consulting, or a related field is an advantage.
