Job summary

Suraksha Diagnostics is seeking a QA/Quality Manager to oversee NABH allopathic clinic audits, SOP development, and documentation compliance across the clinic network in Kolkata. You will lead internal and independent audits, drive KPI monitoring, and ensure adherence to laboratory accreditation standards.

The role requires MBA/PGDM in Healthcare with relevant experience in diagnostic laboratories and a strong grasp of NABH processes and quality management.

Qualifications

• MBA/PGDM in Healthcare with healthcare quality experience.
• Strong knowledge of laboratory accreditation and quality standards.
• Experience with NABH processes and audits.

Responsibilities

• Lead NABH Allopathic Clinic Audit at the clinic.
• Develop and implement SOPs and manuals with compliance.
• Coordinate internal and independent audits.
• Monitor KPI and quality parameter compliance clinic-wise.
• Plan NABH activities and documentation audits.
• Oversee SOP/documentation creation and implementation.
