Job summary

Integra Ventures in India is seeking a skilled accreditation coordinator to act as the primary liaison between the company and client hospitals for NABH and NABL initiatives. You will manage end-to-end accreditation processes, support hospitals in applying NABH/NABL standards, and track progress and documentation.

The role requires 3–7 years of relevant experience in hospital quality management, excellent coordination and communication skills, and willingness to travel to client sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Willingness to travel to client hospitals.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary coordination point between Integra Ventures and client hospitals for NABH & NABL accreditation initiatives.
• Coordinate the end-to-end NABH & NABL accreditation and certification process for assigned hospitals.
• Support hospitals in understanding and implementing NABH & NABL standards, policies, protocols, and quality systems.
• Conduct gap assessments, identify areas of non-compliance, and support corrective and preventive actions.
• Assist in developing and reviewing hospital policies, SOPs, protocols, manuals, and quality documentation.
• Track action plans, compliance milestones, and documentation requirements and provide regular progress updates to Integra Ventures.
• Facilitate training and awareness sessions for hospital staff on NABH standards and quality improvement practices.

Candidate Profile

Qualification: Masters degree in Healthcare Management, Hospital Administration

Experience: 3 to 7 years of relevant experience in NABH & NABL accreditation, hospital quality management, healthcare consulting.

• Strong understanding of NABH standards and hospital quality systems.
• Excellent coordination, communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple client engagements, and meet timelines.
• Willingness to travel to client hospitals as required.
