Job summary

Sone India is seeking a candidate with strong experience in commercial interior projects to manage day-to-day facility operations and oversee project delivery in Mumbai. The role involves coordinating with vendors, guiding workers, and ensuring timely sign-offs and quality across all production stages.

Responsibilities include planning, material and tool provisioning, snag handling, escalation where needed, and collaboration with logistics for on-site delivery to ensure projects meet timelines

• Assign vendors, obtain quotations, attend project meetings, and coordinate material delivery to sites.

Desired Candidate:

• A very relevant experience in commercial interior projects

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage day to day operations of the facility Set project goals and oversee projects to completion; schedule and track assignments


• To manage all the snag work as per the stipulated timeline Coordinate with the concern person to take signoff To guide & instruct workers for day to day activities Should be responsible for the quality as well as quantity of production To arrange necessary materials machines, tools, hardware, wooden components etc. for getting the things done


• Assign different Vendors for different types of jobs after taking quotations Attend project meetings Coordinate with logistic department for material delivery at site


• Handle escalations appropriately according to escalation matrix Taking approval from seniors
