Tesor Designs in Bengaluru is seeking a Site Supervisor to oversee end-to-end interior project execution from the factory to installation. You will ensure timely production, quality control, and smooth coordination with internal teams and vendors.

The role requires strong planning, coordination, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple modular fit-out projects simultaneously. You will monitor production workflows, track progress, and maintain project documentation and cost

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in modular interior fit-outs, furniture manufacturing, or factory-based projects.
• Strong coordination and planning abilities.
• Proven problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet timelines.

Responsibilities

• Manage complete project lifecycle from design freeze to dispatch and installation.
