Job summary

TechB Energy LLP is seeking a proactive Solar Rooftop Project Manager in Hadapsar, Maharashtra, to lead site surveys, end-to-end installation, inspections, and client coordination for EPC solar rooftop projects.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in end-to-end solar rooftop EPC, strong organizational skills, and the ability to travel for site visits. A background in electrical systems is preferred and MS Office proficiency is expected.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the end-to-end Solar Rooftop project execution.

• Coordinate with prospects, conduct site surveys, and perform technical feasibility analysis.
• Inspect and monitor EPC work for quality and compliance.
• Assist in procurement activities, vendor coordination, and material tracking.
• Handle paperwork, documentation, and compliance filings for projects.
• Coordinate and participate in client visits, site meetings, and progress reviews.
• Maintain regular interaction with clients, suppliers, and project teams; support planning and reporting.

Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and organized Solar Rooftop Project Manager for our solar EPC operations. The ideal candidate will lead & manage site surveys, end to end installation, inspections, documentation, and client coordination while ensuring smooth execution. A basic understanding of electrical and solar systems is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and management the end-to-end Solar Rooftop project execution


• Manage the team of solar site supervisors and client communication of solar rooftop projects


• Co-ordinate with prospects, conduct site surveys and perform technical & feasibility analysis.


• Inspect and monitor EPC (Engineering, Procurement, Construction) work for quality and compliance.


• Assist in purchase activities, vendor coordination, and material tracking.


• Handle paperwork, documentation, and compliance filings related to projects.


• Coordinate and participate in client visits, site meetings, and progress reviews.


• Maintain regular interaction and follow-ups with clients, suppliers, and project teams.


• Support the project team/manager with planning, scheduling, and reporting.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in end to end solar rooftop EPC.


• Strong organizational and documentation skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
