Job summary

Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham invites qualified candidates for the post of Assistant Program Manager. The role focuses on planning, organizing, and implementing OYE programs, including curriculum, workshops, and events, across educational institutions and corporates.

The ideal candidate will lead leadership and youth empowerment workshops, build strong partnerships, and drive outreach to expand OYE program impact while mentoring volunteers and coordinating large-scale events across North India.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and implement OYE programs, including the annual curriculum, workshops, courses, summits, and projects.
• Lead the execution of leadership, youth empowerment, and stress management workshops across educational institutions and corporates.
• Build and strengthen long-term partnerships with schools, colleges, universities, corporates, NGOs, and other organizations.
• Present OYE initiatives to Heads of Institutions, Corporate Leaders, and Senior HR Management.
• Develop outreach strategies to expand the reach and impact of OYE programs.
• Lead and mentor volunteers, fostering teamwork and leadership development.
• Coordinate large-scale youth events and ensure smooth program execution.
• Monitor program implementation, analyse outcomes, and submit periodic reports.
• Travel extensively across North India for institutional partnerships, program planning, workshop delivery, and event management.
