Job summary

EduHeal Foundation is seeking a proactive Program Manager Olympiad Promotion to drive outreach, promotion, and implementation of Olympiad programs across schools. You will build strong relationships with school leaders and educators to boost participation and ensure smooth execution of activities.

You will lead the outreach team, set targets, monitor daily activity, report progress via MIS, and coordinate with internal teams to expand EduHeal Foundations Olympiad initiatives and reach more

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement outreach strategies to promote Olympiad examinations and educational programs across schools.
• Identify and connect with schools, school management, principals, teachers, and coordinators.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with school stakeholders.
• Conduct school outreach, presentations, meetings, and follow-ups to generate participation.
• Explain Olympiad programs, benefits, registration processes, and key offerings to schools.
• Drive student registrations and participation while achieving targets.
• Coordinate with schools to ensure smooth registration, examination, and program execution.
• Lead and monitor team members involved in school outreach and enrollment activities.
• Allocate targets, track daily/weekly performance, and provide feedback to team members.
• Monitor lead generation, conversion, registrations, and school-wise performance through MIS/reporting.
• Identify gaps in performance and implement corrective actions to improve conversion and participation.
• Collect feedback from schools, teachers, students, and team members to improve program effectiveness.
• Prepare regular reports on outreach activities, registrations, target achievement, and overall program performance.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve operational issues and ensure timely execution of programs.
• Support expansion into new schools, locations, and territories.

About the Role
