Position Overview

• Engage in research and publish in reputed journals (Scopus/ABDC/UGC-listed preferred)
• Guide MBA students in projects, internships, dissertations, and placements
• Conduct workshops, seminars, FDPs, and industry interaction sessions

• Participate in departmental administration and institutional development activities
• Mentor students for academic and career growth

Eligibility Criteria

• PhD in Human Resource Management / Organizational Behaviour / Management (Mandatory)
• MBA / PGDM with specialization in HR
• Strong academic record throughout (UG/PG/PhD)
• NET/SET qualification preferred (as per regulatory norms)
• Minimum 5-10 years of teaching/research experience preferred (fresh PhD candidates may also apply)

Preferred Skills

• Strong domain knowledge in HR & OB subjects
• Research orientation with publications in reputed journals
• Excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring skills
