Position Overview
We are inviting applications for a Faculty position in Human Resource Management and Business Law. The ideal candidate will possess strong academic credentials, industry insight, and experience in implementing Outcome-Based Education (OBE) and NAAC quality assurance frameworks.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver lectures and tutorials in Human Resource Management and Business Law for undergraduate and postgraduate programs.
- Design, develop, and review Outcome-Based Education (OBE) aligned course content, lesson plans, and assessments.
- Participate actively in NAAC documentation, quality audits, and institutional accreditation processes.
- Mentor and guide students in academics, projects, and career progression.
- Engage in research, publications, and academic development initiatives.
- Collaborate with faculty teams to enhance the quality and relevance of the curriculum.
- Uphold institutional standards of discipline, integrity, and continuous improvement.
Educational Qualification
- Mandatory: Master’s Degree in Business Law (MBL) from a recognized university.
- Preferred: Additional qualification in Human Resource Management or Management Studies.
- Desirable: Ph.D. (awarded or pursuing).
Experience
- 2–5 years of relevant teaching experience in HR and Business Law at the undergraduate or postgraduate level.
- Hands-on experience with Outcome-Based Education (OBE) frameworks and NAAC accreditation processes is mandatory.
- Exposure to HR or corporate legal compliance in industry will be an added advantage.
Skills & Attributes
- Strong subject expertise in HR, Labour Laws, and Business Law.
- Proven ability to integrate OBE and quality assurance standards in teaching.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring skills.
