About the Role
PIBM is seeking an experienced and research-oriented Professor/Associate Professor in Human Resources to join its academic team. The ideal candidate should possess a strong academic background, industry exposure, and expertise in teaching contemporary HR subjects. The candidate will play a key role in shaping future HR leaders through industry-integrated learning, research, and student mentoring.
Educational Qualification
- Ph.D. in Human Resources, Organizational Behaviour, Management, or a related field is mandatory.
- Candidates pursuing a Ph.D. are not eligible to apply.
- MBA/PGDM with specialization in Human Resources from a recognized institution.
Experience
- Minimum 5 years of teaching experience in MBA/PGDM institutions.
- Prior industry experience in Human Resources will be highly preferred.
- Experience in teaching contemporary and core HR subjects to postgraduate management students.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver lectures and facilitate learning in Human Resource Management and Organizational Behaviour domains.
- Design and update curriculum in line with current industry practices and emerging HR trends.
- Guide students in projects, internships, dissertations, and research activities.
- Publish quality research papers in reputed journals and contribute to academic excellence.
- Participate in accreditation, ranking, and institutional development initiatives.
- Organize industry interactions, HR conclaves, workshops, FDPs, and certification programs.
- Mentor students for placements and career readiness in HR functions.

Preferred Profile
