Sun Pharma in Mumbai is seeking an Assistant Product Manager or Product Manager (CNS) to lead marketing and promotional initiatives for CNS products. The role emphasizes collaboration with prescribers, KOLs, and internal teams to drive product success and business growth.

The candidate will develop strategic marketing plans, monitor performance, conduct market research, manage budgets, and coordinate activities with external partners and congresses.

Qualificações

• B. Pharma with MBA in Marketing or Pharma Management.
• 2–3 years of pharma marketing experience for Assistant Product Manager
• 3–4 years of pharma marketing experience for Product Manager
• CNS therapy exposure preferred

Responsabilidades

• Develop marketing and promotional plans for CNS products.
• Monitor business performance and support portfolio with regular tracking.
• Market intelligence through primary research and customer connect.
• Write and execute strategic business and marketing plans with prescribers, opinion leaders, round tables, and other advisory groups.
• Joint budgeting for advertising and promotion, conferences and symposia, literature, and website content.
• Initiating and coordinating marketing activities and projects.
• Presentation to staff and training field staff for the same.
• Visiting national and international congresses, hospitals, and key opinion leaders.
• Translating the corporate brand strategy in collaboration with headquarters, with budgets and visuals.
• Collaboration with internal & external media to ensure proper strategy execution.

Key responsibilities:

• Development of marketing and promotional plans for products to support the end consumer’s need
• Monitor business performance and support the portfolio with the help of regular tracking
• Market intelligence through primary research and customer connect
• Writing and executing strategic business and marketing plans in collaboration with important prescribers, opinion leaders, round tables, and other advisory groups
• Joint financial responsibility for budgets (advertising and promotion, conferences and symposia, sales brochures and other product documentation, website content, literature), as well as analysis of budget income and costs;
• initiating and coordinating marketing activities and projects
• Presentation to staff and training field staff for the same
• Visiting national and international congresses, hospitals, and key opinion leaders (KOLs);
• Translating the corporate brand strategy in close collaboration with headquarters, together with logos and visuals, working with corporate product budgets (approval for expenditure on projects, local communication strategies), and providing input into corporate product strategy;
• Discussion partner for first, second, and third-line professionals such as general practitioners, medical specialists, pharmacists, and other medical professionals, and for other DMU members (decision-making units) such as local and national formulary committees and insurance companies;
• Organizing advisory councils, acting as a discussion leader or chairman, or giving product presentations.
• Collaboration with internal & external media to ensure the proper execution of strategies

Job Requirements:

Educational Qualification:

B. Pharma + MBA - Marketing OR Pharma Management

Experience:

2 to 3 years of experience in Pharma Marketing for Assistant Product Manager

3 to 4 years of experience in Pharma Marketing for Product Manager

Therapy Exposure:

CNStherapy exposure is preferred however, open to other therapy experience

• Able to foster collaborative relationships
• Proven track record of launching and managing successful products
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Proficiency in product management tools
• Good in communication and presentation
• Sciencedriven marketing strategies
