Sun Pharma in Mumbai is seeking a Marketing - EM professional for Emerging Markets with branded formulations experience. The role requires leading marketing strategies, launch planning, and budget/P&L management to drive growth across defined brands and markets.

You will collaborate with sales, medical, and market research teams, oversee campaigns, and engage with customers and KOLs. Travel up to 30% is expected, with a focus on profitability and market share expansion.

Formación

• B.Pharm and MBA (Marketing) are required qualifications.
• 7+ years of relevant experience in marketing for branded formulations.

Responsabilidades

• Review and assist in the launch plan, coordinating with country resources for product understanding and market research.
• Plan and execute brand and BU promotion budgets and manage P&L to drive sales and profitability.
• Forecast sales and budget planning (revenue and expenses) for assigned therapy/country.
• Define strategic priorities for the brand and category managed.
• Develop country-specific marketing strategies to gain market share with print and digital campaigns.
• Conduct monthly KPI reviews with country teams for branded formulations.
• Collaborate with sales, medical, market research and other functions.
• Develop and execute marketing elements like print, inputs, campaigns, and customer engagement activities.
• Engage with customers and KOLs through CME/Symposia for insights and feedback.
• Participate in quarterly business meetings with country teams to align on business objectives.
• Travel to country for quarterly business meetings up to 30%.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and support preparation of the launch plan in coordination with the country resource. He/she need to support on aspects like Product understanding, Competition mapping, Patient opportunity, Patient Journey, Initial Desk and Digital (Social-media listening) research
• Planning & execution of strategies and plan, responsible for brand and BU promotion budget and P&L. Drive sales to achieve targets. Manage the profitability of assigned therapy & country
• Responsible for managing sales forecast, budget planning (Revenue and expenses)
• Define the strategic priorities for the brand and category for each brand/category which the person would manage
• Conceptualize and execute differentiated country specific marketing strategy to gain Market share for branded formulation. (Responsible for developing and execution of marketing tactics including Brand Repository: Print + Digital campaigns alongside congress for launch and post launch support)
• Conduct monthly reviews with country teams on KPIs for branded formulations
• Cross functional collaboration (sales/purchase/medical/market research)
• Responsible for developing the design and execution of marketing elements like print, inputs, campaigns and customer engagement activities
• Customer connect & KOL development through CME/Symposia to get marketing insights and feedback on brand/activities etc
• Participate in quarterly meetings with business and country teams thereby getting to understand business needs to help support the country in their business objectives
• The job needs travel to country for their quarterly business meeting
