Job summary

Sarthee Consultancy in Pune district is seeking a Process Safety Specialist to drive the implementation of all elements of Process Safety Management as per AMS across assigned divisions. You will be responsible for ensuring robust safety practices and compliance at multiple sites, coordinating with engineering and operations teams.

You will review MOC changes, participate in HAZOP and What-if studies, manage PIC-HAZOP for Red Risk, perform HIRA assessments, ensure 100% compliance at division

Responsibilities

• Implement all elements of Process Safety Management (PSM) per AMS across divisions
• Review MOCs and participate/review Process Hazard Analysis (HAZOP, What-if) for changes
• PIC-HAZOP management (Red Risk), HIRA, ensure 100% compliance at division level
• Track PIC HAZOP completion across divisions
• Monitor process parameters and process safety deviations on a weekly basis

Job description
