Job summary

Sarthee Consultancy is seeking a safety professional to implement all elements of Process Safety Management (PSM) across assigned divisions in India. The role emphasizes compliance and ongoing improvement of process safety standards.

You will review Management of Change (MOC) and participate in or review Process Hazard Analysis (PHA) such as HAZOP and What-If for changes, ensuring PIC-HAZOP tracking and 100% division-level compliance.

Qualifications

• Reviewing safety management concepts and maintaining process safety discipline.
• Ability to analyze changes for safety impact and drive corrective actions.

Responsibilities

• Implement all elements of Process Safety Management (PSM) across divisions.
• Review MOC and participate/review Process Hazard Analysis (HAZOP, What-if) for changes.
• Monitor PIC-HAZOP (Red Risk) and ensure 100% division-level compliance.
• Track PIC HAZOP completion across divisions.
• Weekly monitoring of process parameters and safety deviations.

Job description

Play a key role in Implementation of all elements of PSM as per AMS, across the assigned divisions

Review of MOC's and participate/ review the Process Hazard Analysis like HAZOP, What-if for the changes

Responsible for PIC - HAZOP (Red Risk), HIRA, 100% Compliance at division level

Responsible for tracking of PIC HAZOP for completion at divisions

Monitoring of Process Parameters & Process Safety Deviations on weekly basis
