Job summary

Sarthee Consultancy in Mumbai is seeking a Process Safety Specialist to implement all elements of PSM across the assigned divisions.

You will review MOCs and participate in Process Hazard Analyses like HAZOP and What-if for changes, and take ownership of PIC-HAZOP (Red Risk) and HIRA at division level.

Additionally, you will track compliance weekly, monitor process parameters and deviations, ensuring 100% safety compliance across sites.

Qualifications

• Experience in Process Safety Management and PSM elements.
• Ability to review MOC and perform Process Hazard Analysis.
• Experience with PIC-HAZOP and risk classification (Red risk).
• Weekly monitoring of process parameters and safety deviations.

Responsibilities

• Implement PSM elements across assigned divisions.

Play a key role in Implementation of all elements of PSM as per AMS, across the assigned divisions

Review of MOC's and participate/ review the Process Hazard Analysis like HAZOP, What-if for the changes

Responsible for PIC - HAZOP (Red Risk), HIRA, 100% Compliance at division level

Responsible for tracking of PIC HAZOP for completion at divisions

Monitoring of Process Parameters & Process Safety Deviations on weekly basis
