Job summary

Sarthee Consultancy is seeking a specialist to lead Process Safety Management (PSM) implementations across divisions in line with AMS requirements.

The role involves reviewing MOC changes, conducting/overseeing HAZOP and What-if analyses, ensuring PIC-HAZOP and HIRA compliance, and tracking completion across divisions with weekly monitoring of process parameters and deviations.

Responsibilities

• Play a key role in Implementation of all elements of PSM as per AMS, across the assigned divisions
• Review of MOC's and participate/ review the Process Hazard Analysis like HAZOP, What-if for the changes
• Responsible for PIC - HAZOP (Red Risk), HIRA, 100% Compliance at division level
• Responsible for tracking of PIC HAZOP for completion at divisions
• Monitoring of Process Parameters & Process Safety Deviations on weekly basis
