Job summary

Anheuser-Busch InBev in Haryana is seeking a Maintenance professional to drive equipment reliability and implement the VPO Way in daily operations. You will lead downtime reconciliation, root-cause analysis, and SDCA actions, coordinating with shift engineers and the E&I/mechanical teams.

You will manage SAP PM plans, work orders, and spare parts, release maintenance schedules, and track KPIs like MTBF/MTTR to improve overall plant availability.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for Daily Downtime reconciliation and ensure DT is tracked accurately by shift engineers.
• To ensure DT trends are identified and corrective/preventive actions are in place.
• Review daily 5 Why's/Ab. Reports and ensure actions are in place to avoid repetitive DT, identify root causes by correctly applying standard problem-solving tools and techniques.
• Review progress on Open Abnormality reports and ensure SDCA actions are being used to improve routines on a regular basis.
• To lead Daily Asset Care meeting involving frontline team and develop action plans for losses and reliability improvement.
• To select, implement ATO plan as per the zone minimum requirements along with the team members for equipment reliability improvement. To train shopfloor team on maintenance pillar block requirements in coordination with E&I and mechanical engineer, 100 manhours per month.
• To ensure all critical Standard Work Instructions (SWI) maintenance activities are developed and facilitate training needs as per VPO requirements.
• Responsible to develop and maintain the Maintenance program in the SAP system.
• Responsible to select, include, exclude any routine maintenance tasks in the maintenance plan (SAP) as and when required.
• Responsible to release daily/weekly/monthly maintenance schedules and communicate to the team, ensuring work orders released are closed in the SAP system.
• Review at least 20% of closed work orders, looking for quality of comments. Engage with the technician or operator who completed the work to improve maintenance standards.
• Facilitate and lead the planned maintenance pre-meeting.
• Facilitate and lead the post-maintenance meeting. Problems encountered, opportunities identified, and lessons learned should be discussed.
• With regular monitoring of maintenance activities, identify, document and communicate technical skills needs and training requirements for the maintenance team and operators.
• Monitor the maintenance execution plan, identify deviations and communicate root causes for the deviations.
• To ensure spare parts management with defined MIN/MAX levels and monitor inventory controls.
• As a part of VSA, must lead OEM spares localization as per the agreed plan in alignment with the technical team to ensure R&M spend within budget, reduced lead time and inventory control.
• Responsible to identify CAPEX/UPP for maintenance KPI improvement and prepare yearly Maintenance CAPEX budget.
• To monitor and control maintenance cost spend in collaboration with the team.
• Responsible to prepare weekly/daily/monthly Maintenance deck and review with the team and with ZBS, including all necessary maintenance KPIs.

Main characteristics

• Ensure all Maintenance KPIs (Packaging Planner - LEF, MTBF & MTTR etc., TS Planner - Brewing breakdown, Utility breakdown, MTTO, RUTL etc.) Monthly targets are achieved through VPO means and results.
• Ensure Maintenance Pillar maturity glide path targets are achieved as per the budget.
• Ensure implementation of Maintenance SAP system (PM Plan, work order generations, Notifications, Closing in the SAP).
