DBS Bank Ltd. in Ambattur, Chennai invites a dynamic Personal Banker/Assistant Officer to acquire and manage new accounts within the branch catchment. You will drive activation, UPI linkage, and wallet share growth across banking products.

The role requires Graduation or higher, 0–2 years in banking, strong communications, and a preference for IRDA & AMFI certification post joining. Collaborative work with SMEs and internal teams is key to success.

Competenze

• 0-2 years of relevant banking experience.
• Graduation or Post Graduation required.
• Sales & Networking skills required.
• IRDA & AMFI certification preferred; must be obtained after joining.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Banking knowledge and digital skills.
• Good understanding of the market.

Mansioni

• Acquire new accounts (Current and Savings) from branch catchment area.
• Quality sourcing of salary accounts from corporates.
• Activate accounts opened, UPI linkage, M0 balance, savings balance; increase wallet share.
• Participate in corporate induction and migration events around the catchment area.
• Build strong relationships with internal teams to leverage SME connections.
• Conduct low-cost micro marketing activities for lead generation.
