A leading engineering firm is seeking an Assistant Mechanical BIM Engineer/Modeller (MEP) to manage BIM information and produce detailed models. Assistant Mechanical BIM Engineer/Modeller (MEP)

Key Responsibilities

• Manage quality and accuracy of BIM information, ensuring compliance with required standards and levels of detail.
• Proficient use of Revit and Navisworks software.
• Model Structural, Mechanical and Electrical detailing in Revit, generating 2D drawings and schedules.
• Knowledge of pipe materials, piping systems and fittings.
• Model RCC and Structural Steel building elements, openings, stairs, platforms, trenches, chambers.
• Knowledge of cable trays, conduits, cable trenches and ducts.
• Model roads and pavements.
• Manage model setup, families and worksets.
• Produce 2D construction drawings, details and sections with schedules.
• Experience with point cloud data is an added advantage.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD is a must.
• Review and coordinate modelling issues with all disciplines to resolve issues and ensure delivery.

Candidate Specification
