Job summary

Mott MacDonald in India is seeking a Civil BIM Specialist to develop and manage Civil 3D models for infrastructure projects across roads, grading, drainage and utilities. You will ensure QC and alignment to standards, working with BIM coordinators and project managers.

The role requires 3-5 years of modelling experience, with expertise in Autodesk Civil 3D and Revit, and a collaborative, tech-focused mindset. Location: Mumbai and Ahmedabad. Permanent, full-time in the Energy discipline.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 3-5 years of modelling and detailing experience in civil infrastructure.
• Experience in Energy/power projects is a plus.
• Expert level proficiency in Civil 3D including custom subassemblies, corridor modelling, surfaces and pipe networks.
• Hands-on 2D/3D modelling with Civil 3D; Revit experience is an added advantage.

Candidate Specification

• Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 3 - 5 years of experience in the field of Modelling and detailing with civil infrastructure.
• Experience in Energy/power projects would be an advantage
• Expert level proficiency in Autodesk Civil 3D, including creation of custom subassemblies, corridor modelling, surfaces and pipe networks.
• Should be well-conversant with 2D/3D modelling using Civil3d. Hands-on experience on Revit will be an added advantage.
• Should be technology focused and understand industry developments.
• Should be able to guide, troubleshoot and train team members to perform varied levels of development in BIM projects and drive outcomes
• Should be able to assist in Modelling and Extraction of deliverables
• Good communication skills.
• A professional attitude towards work and self-motivation
• Be a team player and have multi-disciplinary co-ordination skill.
