Job summary

Healthkart in Gurugram seeks an experienced Visual Merchandising lead to develop and execute VM standards across all retail stores, ensuring brand consistency in layouts, displays, signage, and promotions.

You will plan VM for new store launches and seasonal campaigns, create engaging displays to boost visibility and sales, conduct audits, coordinate with Marketing, Design, Supply Chain and vendors, and train staff on VM best practices.

• Experience implementing Visual Merchandising guidelines across multiple stores.
• Ability to maintain consistent brand presentation in-store and in promotions.
• Experience planning VM for store launches and seasonal campaigns.
• Skills in creating effective product displays to drive engagement and sales.

Responsibilities

• Develop and enforce Visual Merchandising guidelines across all retail stores.
• Ensure consistent brand presentation, store layouts, product displays, signage, and promotions.
• Plan VM for new store launches, seasonal campaigns, product launches, and promotions.
• Create attractive displays to enhance product visibility, customer engagement, and sales conversion.
• Conduct regular store visits and VM audits to ensure compliance and drive corrective actions.
• Coordinate with Retail Operations, Marketing, Design, Category, Supply Chain, and vendors for timely execution.
• Manage POSM, VM assets, branding materials, fixtures, layouts, and execution trackers.
• Train Store Managers and Store Staff on VM standards and continuously improve store presentation and customer experience.
• Manage planogramming, store design and renovation projects, and digital screen content to ensure consistent brand presentation and an engaging in-store customer experience
