Job summary

Force Motors in Pune is seeking a skilled vehicle calibration engineer to lead EGT testing, calibration of DOC/DPF/SCR, and data analysis. You will validate vehicle functions across high altitude and summer testing, execute INCA and VISU based tasks, and prepare clear reports for the department head.

The role requires hands-on experience with calibration workflows, DSNs, and OBD/DSM verification, along with strong data visualization skills and problem-solving abilities.

Qualifications

• Calibration and testing of vehicle functions in varied conditions (high altitude, summer).
• Experience with EGT testing per supplier DVP/SOP expectations.
• Calibration of DOC, DPF, SCR systems.
• Data analysis, graph plotting and presentation of results.
• OBD calibration and DSM verification.
• Data analysis and report preparation.
• Hands-on experience with INCA and VISU; knowledge of EGT and basic vehicle performance.
