Job summary

Sikaag in Bengaluru is seeking a technical sales/ product development professional to drive product approvals with customers in concrete and related industries. You will propose admixture modifications as needed and align development with customer requirements, including mix design adjustments to meet performance targets.

• Mix designs as per customer requirements.
• Conduct Laboratory testing relating to Concrete, Aggregates, and Cement.
• Record, analyse, certify and prepare summaries of findings and maintain records of the results.
• Troubleshoot to determine reasons for problems of complaints.
• Provide technical support to customers /contractors on site.
• Engage into Product demonstration & testing
• Provide support to Sales team to conduct trials at site.
• Stay abreast of market trends as well as changes in market and competitive landscape and initiate necessary actions

Overview

To obtain the most suitable Sika admixture approved with Sika customers, such as ready-mix concrete producers, contractors, precast producers etc. In case, standard admixtures do not meet the customer requirements, suggest suitable modifications in the concrete mix design or as a last option do modifications in the admixture formulation to meet the concrete requirements.
