• Product approval of new and existing customers leading to sales growth
• Understand and align product development as per customer requirement
• Mix designs as per customer requirements
• Conduct laboratory testing relating to concrete, aggregates, and cement
• Record, analyse, certify and prepare summaries of findings and maintain records of results
• Troubleshoot to determine reasons for problems or complaints
• Provide technical support to customers/contractors on site
• Engage in product demonstrations and testing
• Provide support to Sales team to conduct trials at site
• Stay abreast of market trends and competitive landscape and initiate necessary actions

Job Description

Overview

To obtain the most suitable Sika admixture approved with Sika customers, such as ready-mix concrete producers, contractors, precast producers etc. In case, standard admixtures do not meet the customer requirements, suggest suitable modifications in the concrete mix design or as a last option do modifications in the admixture formulation to meet the concrete requirements.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Product approval of new & existing customers leading to sales growth
• Understand and align product development as per customer requirement
• Mix designs as per customer requirements.
• Conduct Laboratory testing relating to Concrete, Aggregates, and Cement.
