Job summary

Mahindra And Mahindra Limited is seeking an Assistant Manager (Truck) focused on M&HCV launch responsibilities and key deliverables. The role involves sheet metal parts process planning, die budgeting, and managing stamping project plans with master timelines and critical path generation.

Proficiency in Catia, Autoform, MPDS, 3DCS and APQP is essential. Experience required: 10 to 15 years in automotive, with BE in Mechanical or Production.

Qualifications

• Experience in sheet metal parts planning and die development in an automotive setting.
• Exposure to budgeting for sheet metal dies and associated tooling.
• Hands-on with master project timing and critical path generation.
• Experience with FMEA (Process & Operational) and APQP principles.

Assistant Manager - (Truck) M&HCV Launch Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

• Sheet metal Parts Process Planning
• Sheet Metal Dies Budgeting
• Able to develop Stamping Project Plan wrt Master time line along with critical path generation
• Process FMEA and Operational FMEA
• Project Management of sheet metal Die Development.
• Simulations on Catia,Autoform,MPDS,3DCS and APQP
• Investment and product cost optimization wrt Process, Yield and materials
• 3D process Planning/Die layout and 3d Die design
• Planning of Press shop feed layout, Automation and production technology
• Panel GD and T feasibility, End to end quality Plan including GNOVA B and C
• Innovations and IMCR
• Basic BIW product design, process and Assembly
• Selection of Raw material and die's material
• Sheet metal problem solving using 7 QC, G8d
• Spring back and compensation strategy of HSS panels

Experience 10 to 15 yrs. Industry Preferred Automobile Qualifications B.E Mechanical / Production
