Mahindra and Mahindra Limited is seeking a Manager-Vehicle Integration to lead the packaging and integration of vehicle systems, drive DMU packaging reviews, and coordinate cross-functional validation activities. The role requires deep knowledge of vehicle architecture, 3D modelling, and BOM activities within a modern PLM environment, with emphasis on homologation and ADAS standards.

• Experience in vehicle system level design and packaging.
• Knowledge of DMU, 3D modelling, assembly and drafting for vehicle layouts.
• Proficiency in APQP, DFMEA, DFA and related quality tools.
• Hands-on experience with Catia and Teamcenter PLM environments.
• Awareness of homologation requirements and ADAS/ NCAP standards.

Responsabilidades

• Lead packaging & integration of vehicle systems.
• Coordinate DMU packaging reviews and sign-off.
• Support validation tracking and issue resolution with cross-functional teams.
• Oversee vehicle architecture and performance simulations.
• Ensure EBOM/MBOM and PLM release processes are followed.

Manager-Vehicle Integration Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

• 1. Concept preparations and evaluation based on weight, cost, attributes, vehicle variants/ platform modularity.
• 2. Lead Packaging & integration of Vehicle systems.
• 3. Vehicle architecture & vehicle parameter calculation knowledge like, Wheel base calc, CG calc, Vehicle performance calc.
• 4. Lead DMU packaging reviews, Concerns resolution, Preparation of DMU reports & Sign off.
• 5. Support in Validation concerns tracking and resolution along with CFT
• 6. Support in Service concerns tracking and resolution along with CFT
• 7. Support in Plant concerns tracking and resolution along with CFT
• 8. Vehicle packaging and DMU sign off considering existing homologation requirements and future upcoming regulations.
• 9. Ensure EN / PR release, EBOM, Installation drg release through PLM and track and coordinate other aggregate releases
• 10. Participate in vehicle benchmarking, Vehicle Target setting and Cascading the same to System level targets.

Experience 8-12 Years of Experience Industry Preferred Automotive Industry Qualifications B.Tech/ M.Tech in Mechanical, Automobile

General Requirements

• 1. Vehicle system level functioning/design of Passenger & Commercial Vehicle Systems, Categories & Application
• 2. EBOM/ MBOM/ SAP BOM/ ADD DELETE expert
• 3. Change scope definition preparation, Concept BOM generation
• 4. Knowledge of Frame design and Key design principles of other critical vehicle aggregates
• 5. Knowledge on manufacturing processes, plant assembly layouts
• 6. Knowledge of SAM process
• 7. DMU (Digital Mock Up), 3D modelling, Assembly, Drafting (vehicle layouts)
• 8. Hands on Experience on Catia, Team center PLM & Teamcenter Visualization
• 9. Exposure to existing and future Homologation requirements of Commercial/ SUV Vehicles CAE, Testing & Validation
• 10. Hand on experience on coordination with overall product development team including all aggregates, attributes, design, and verification/validation
• 11. Knowledge of product complexity/modularity management, manufacturing methods
• 12. Knowledge of Product life cycle, APQP, DFMEA, DFA, DFM, DFS, QC Tools
• 13. Hands on experience on Vehicle architecture
• 14. Understanding on Vehicle Performance Simulation
• 15. Overview about Validation Testing & Monitoring
• 16. Experience on GNOVAC, Build & Validation Concern Analysis, Tracking & monitoring.
• 17. Knowledge over ADAS, ESP,
• 18. Knowledge of NCAPS- Euro/ ANCAP/ GNCAP/ BNCAP
• 19. Detailed experience of Vehicle Architecture
• 20. Well verse with Future technology & Trends
• 21. Skilled with AI tools- To improve efficiency of VI role
• 22. Overview of Table top business case
• 23. Should understand time cost, performance factors involved in part development. Able to prepare decision matrix for engineering proposals.
