Job summary

Hyatt Regency London – The Churchill is seeking an Assistant Training Manager to oversee the Training Department in the HR division. You will help implement Hyatt's People Philosophy and ensure smooth daily operations that meet hotel standards and guest expectations.

The ideal candidate has a university degree or diploma in HRM/HRD or Hospitality/Tourism management, plus at least 1 year of training experience in a large operation. Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills are essential.

Qualifications

• University degree or diploma in HRM/HRD or Hospitality/Tourism management.
• Minimum 1 year of work experience as Training Manager in a larger operation.
• Good presentation, administrative and interpersonal skills.
